Quel que soit le mode d’envoi que le soumissionnaire choisit d’adopter, toute soumission doit, pour être validement acceptée, être sous pli cacheté et se trouver physiquement à l’hôtel de ville de la Municipalité de Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu située au 300, chemin des Patriotes, Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu (Québec) J3L 6Z5, à la date et à l’heure indiquée ci-haut.
