DURÉE DU CONTRAT Le présent contrat débute à la date de la dernière signature entre les parties pour se terminer au plus tard, le 30 juin 2024. DISPONIBILITÉ DES DOCUMENTS D'APPEL D'OFFRES Les documents seront uniquement disponibles via le système électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO). Le coût des documents est déterminé par le SEAO. RÉSERVE La Financière agricole du Québec ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues, notamment lorsqu’elle juge que les prix sont trop élevés ou disproportionnés ou ne reflètent pas un juste prix.
