Le présent contrat prévoit des travaux de rénovation pour l’école secondaire Maquatua à Wemindji. Ces travaux comprennent notamment, mais sans s’y limiter, la réfection de l’enveloppe extérieure incluant portes et fenêtres, isolation, parement extérieure et la toiture du gymnase, et la rénovation intérieure des secteur B et C totalisant 2372 mètres carrés. La rénovation intérieure comprend entre autres la démolition des finitions intérieures et de cloisons et le réaménagement de locaux de classes, atelier, bureaux, gymnase, et bibliothèque. Ces travaux sont la première phase et font partie d'un projet qui comprend 2 phases. La deuxième phase est un mandat ultérieur séparé.
