    Description
    Le Centre Universitaire de Santé Mc Gill (CUSM) sollicite les centres médicaux spécialisés (CMS) reconnus par le Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) afin d’améliorer l’accès aux services de chirurgie en ophtalmologie à la clientèle et contribuer à réduire le temps d’attente des usagers inscrits sur les listes d’attente des ORGANISMES PUBICS. Dans un contexte où les listes d’attente en chirurgie sont importantes, les ORGANISMES PUBLICS veulent rehausser la production chirurgicale globale et améliorer l’accès à des services chirurgicaux de qualité au service des usagers et de la population de la Grand Région de la Ville de Montréal, et ce, à un niveau de performance financière égal ou supérieur à celui des ORGANISMES PUBLICS tout en respectant la capacité de payer des contribuables. Dans ce contexte, le CUSM agit comme mandataire pour les CIUSSS Centre Sud de Montréal (CCSMTL) et CIUSSS Ouest de l’Ile de Montréal (CIUSSS ODIM) pour la publication de l’appel d’offres et publie un Devis regroupant les clauses générales et particulières à chaque ORGANISME PUBLIC. Suivant l’adjudication d’un contrat, chaque ORGANISME PUBLIC participant sera responsable de son entente et de sa reddition de compte. En déposant une soumission, pour un ou plusieurs lots, le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES s’engage à effectuer les chirurgies requises pour ce ou ces lots. Les besoins de chaque ORGANISME PUBLIC sont décrits dans des documents séparés (Devis et Annexe – Bordereau de prix) : LOT 1 – CUSM LOT-2 – CCSMTL LOT 3 - CIUSSS ODIM L’ORGANISME PUBLIC peut conclure un contrat avec un CMS où exercent exclusivement des médecins soumis à l’application d’une entente conclue en vertu de l’Article 19 de la Loi sur l’assurance maladie (chapitreA-29).
