Le présent appel d’offres vise à objet d'obtenir des soumissions pour des services spécialisés en gestion du changement, le tout selon les conditions d’Investissement Québec (ci-après « IQ »). IQ désigne Investissement Québec et toute personne morale qu’elle contrôle à plus de 50% des parts ou actions votantes. IQ désire sélectionner une firme qui pourra fournir une ou plusieurs ressources sur une base de temps et matériel, ou à forfait, sur demande et selon les besoins d’IQ. Par ailleurs, IQ vise également à adjuger les premiers mandats de services professionnels à l’adjudicataire dès le mois de septembre 2023.
