    Description
    La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (la « Sépaq ») demande des soumissions de fournisseurs intéressés à fournir des ponceaux sur commande (les« Ponceaux»). Les Ponceaux seront fournis par le soumissionnaire retenu (le « Fournisseur ») dans le cadre d'un contrat à commandes selon les besoins de la Sépaq. Le Fournisseur devra, dans les quatre (4) semaines suivant une commande de la Sépaq, livrer le ou les Ponceaux requis dans les quantités exigées et à l'Établissement concerné. Les Ponceaux devront être livrés aux endroits désignés à cette fin à l'annexe A, ou à d'autres endroits sur des chemins forestiers (en forêt), indiqués par la Sépaq. Les caractéristiques et les quantités annuelles approximatives des Ponceaux sont décrites au Bordereau de soumission. Le contrat d'approvisionnement est d'une durée d'un (1) an, débutant le 15 août 2023, et se terminant le 14 août 2024. Le contrat sera renouvelé automatiquement à deux (2) reprises pour une période additionnelle d'un (1) an, à moins que le Fournisseur ou la Sépaq, selon le cas, indique son refus de renouveler le contrat par un avis écrit à cet effet.
