Description
La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (la « Sépaq ») demande des soumissions de fournisseurs intéressés à louer une ou des remorques réfrigérées (ci-après la ou les « Remorque(s) ») pour une période de trois (3) mois pour les opérations de la pourvoirie Sépaq Anticosti (« l’Établissement »). La Sépaq souhaite louer trois (3) Remorques neuves ou usagées. Un modèle usagé doit avoir été fabriqué au plus tard en 2020. L’appel d’offres comporte trois (3) lots. Chacune des Remorques fera l’objet d’un lot distinct. Les conditions générales et particulières sont rédigées en fonction de chaque lot. Les caractéristiques de la Remorque sont prévues au devis en annexe. La Sépaq souhaite de plus bénéficier d’une option d’achat sur la Remorque à la suite de la période de location (ci-après « l’Option d’achat »). La Remorque devra être livrée au plus tard le 15 août 2023, le tout conformément aux conditions générales et particulières. Le contrat de location est d’une durée de trois (3) mois, soit du 15 août 2023 au 15 novembre 2023. La Remorque doit être livrée au Relais Nordik situé au 17, avenue Lebrun à Rimouski (Québec) G5L 2P8.
