Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet de fournir et livrer un (1) camion dix (10) roues neuf, ayant un poids nominal brut du véhicule (PNBV) de 68 000 livres, de l’année 2023 ou plus récente, muni des équipements décrits ci-dessous : Un (1) système de boîte interchangeable (SBI); Une (1) attache remorque ayant une capacité minimale de vingt (20) tonnes avec crochet; Une (1) benne basculante de quinze (15) pieds adaptés au SBI; Un (1) épandeur d’abrasif adapté au SBI; Une (1) attache rapide avec chasse-neige avant et une (1) aile de bordage; Un (1) convoyeur latéral servant à charger les boîtes d’abrasif des équipements à trottoir. Le soumissionnaire doit s’assurer que tous les équipements soumissionnés sont compatibles avec ceux appartenant déjà à la Ville, qui proviennent de chez Aebi Schmidt Canda inc. (faisant affaires sous la raison sociale Équipement Lourds Papineau), fabricant d’équipements pour véhicules lourds. Tous les points d’ancrage, tous les points de verrouillage ainsi que les boyaux hydrauliques et les raccordements des équipements doivent ainsi être compatibles. L’adjudicataire est responsable de fournir le véhicule « clé en main » correspondant à tous les critères du présent cahier des charges avec tous les équipements requis, dans un état fonctionnel et prêt à être utilisé dès la réception. De plus, tous les biens fournis (et leurs composantes) sont neufs, d’origine et exempts de défauts.
