Les Services professionnels concerne la planification et la programmation immobilière. Ils peuvent inclure plus largement tout professionnel ou regroupement de professionnels qualifié dans la planification et la réalisation de projets immobiliers. Cet appel d’offres sera suivi d’un appel d’offres visant les services professionnels pour la conception du Carrefour international Brian-Mulroney. L’Université Laval ne désire pas rendre inadmissible l’adjudicataire du présent contrat pour l’appel d’offres subséquent en services professionnels liés à la conception.
