Nous désirons offrir un programme d’aide aux employés (PAE) pour le personnel de nos différentes installations, et ce, de manière continue dans le but d’améliorer le bien-être de ces derniers en les accompagnants dans la résolution de difficultés personnelles ou professionnelles. Le service comprend les employés et leur famille immédiate associée à la démarche : conjoint (incluant de mêmes sexes), résidant avec le bénéficiaire depuis plus de trois (3) ans et enfants à charge, le tout jusqu’à concurrence de cinq (5) rencontres cumulées selon l’année de référence. (4 ou 5-voir le point 7) Ces services doivent être dispensés par des professionnels diplômés qui ont une expérience pertinente à la réalisation de ce mandat. Durée: 2 ans Renouvellement : Option d'un année supplementaire Aucuen garantie de soumission requise
