Le soumissionnaire est seul responsable de s’assurer que les documents d’appel d’offres reçus sont complets. La Ville ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues et n’encourt aucune obligation ou aucuns frais d’aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
