Les Travaux consistent à l'exécution des travaux de modernisation complète des escaliers mécaniques EM-12 et EM-19 du Palais des congrès de Montréal. Les Travaux comprennent la fourniture des biens et services s’y rapportant, le tout tel que plus amplement décrit au devis technique, le tout conformément aux standards de l’ORGANISME PUBLIC, aux normes en vigueur, aux règles de l’art et aux exigences contenues dans les présents Documents d’Appel d’Offres. Une séance d’information et visite des lieux est prévue le 18 octobre 2023 à 11:00 devant le Centre opérationnel de sécurité de la Société, situé au rez-de-chaussée, au 159 St- Antoine Ouest, en la ville de Montréal, province de Québec, H2Z 1H2. Début de début des Travaux : 8 janvier 2024 Date de réception provisoire : au plus tard le 31 mai 2024 Date de réception définitive: au plus tard le 14 juin 2024
