Description
La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (ci-après la « Sépaq ») demande des soumissions de fournisseurs intéressés à fournir et livrer des vélos (ci-après les « Équipements ») pour certains de ses établissements (ci-après les « Établissements ») identifiés à l’annexe A. Le soumissionnaire est invité à soumettre une soumission pour un ou plusieurs lots d’Équipements, lesquels sont plus amplement décrits au devis joint en annexe B (ci-après le « Devis »). Les quantités d’Équipements requises par Établissement sont indiquées à l’annexe C. Les Équipements devront être livrés, aux frais du ou des soumissionnaire(s) aux Établissements. Les caractéristiques des Équipements sont indiquées au Devis. Les Équipements devront être très robustes puisqu’ils seront offerts en location dans les différents Établissements. Les Équipements devront être livrés au plus tard le 15 mai 2024 aux adresses de livraison de l’annexe A, le tout conformément aux conditions générales et particulières.
