Le Cégep de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, 30 boulevard du Séminaire Nord à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, le bâtiment principal d’une superficie brute 45 000 m2. Dans le cadre de ce présent projet, le Cégep désire retenir les services d’une firme de gestion de projet afin de l’accompagner dans la gestion de travaux de construction, de réaménagement et de réfection, entre autres pour un premier projet d’agrandissement et par la suite d’éventuels projet à venir. Les travaux prévus sont rendus nécessaires pour répondre aux besoins grandissants, suivant l’augmentation du devis pédagogique à 3375 étudiant.es. Les lieux de réalisation des travaux sont composés d’un site et de bâtiments occupés et en activité. Le premier mandat concerne un agrandissement qui devrait voir le jour pour occupation à l’été 2026. Les travaux avec la firme sélectionné en gestion de projet devrait donc commencer rapidement en décembre 2023. Le présent appel d’offres vise à octroyer un mandat exécuté sur demande au cours de la période contractuelle de trois ans
