Description
La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (la « Sépaq ») demande des soumissions de fournisseurs intéressés à fournir des cordes de bois de chauffage en vrac (le « Bois ») pour le Gîte du Mont-Albert et le parc national de la Gaspésie (les « Établissements »). Le Bois de chauffage doit être composé d’un mélange de pièces de bois d’essences dites de bois franc. Les cordes pourront contenir un maximum de 50 % de bois mous. Le Bois de chauffage devra être sec et contenir au maximum vingt pour cent (20 %) d’humidité. Les quantités de Bois et les lieux de livraison sont indiqués ci-dessous : - 180 cordes : Entrepôt du Gîte du Mont-Albert (situé à 40 km de Sainte-Anne-des-Monts); - 55 cordes : Cabanons des refuges du camping Mont-Albert (situés à 42 km de Sainte-Anne-des-Monts); - 5 cordes : Cabanon à bois du camping du lac Cascapédia (situé à 32 km, dont 10 km de gravier, de Sainte-Anne-des-Monts). Le contrat d’approvisionnement est d’une durée de deux (2) ans, débutant le 1er avril 2024 et se terminant le 31 mars 2026. De façon générale, l’approvisionnement en Bois sera requis entre le 1er mai et le 31 octobre de chaque année.
