Description
Ce Contrat vise à acquérir les droits d’utilisation d’un logiciel-service de gestion de projets et de portefeuilles de projets, son installation, sa configuration, sa mise en production, son support et la formation technique et avancée de l’outil., le tout suivant les conditions et modalités décrites aux présents Documents d’Appel d’Offres, pour une durée de trois (3) ans, plus deux (2) options de renouvellement d'une durée d’un (1) an chacune. L’ADJUDICATAIRE aura comme responsabilité de fournir les droits d’utilisation d’un logiciel-service, de gestion de projets et de gestion de portefeuilles de projets (Logiciel), conformément aux modalités du Bordereau de Prix (le nombre de licences internes et externes ainsi que les profils des licences), et ceci durant toute la durée du Contrat (incluant les options de renouvellement).
