La Ville de Québec demande des offres pour la fourniture des services professionnels en ingénierie, spécialité en mise en service, requis dans le cadre du projet « Centre de curling Québec – Construction d’un centre de curling (BAT 2022-108) », conformément aux descriptions, modalités et conditions énumérées dans le présent document. L’édifice sera situé au coin de la rue des Rocailles et du boulevard Pierre-Bertrand, entre ce dernier et l’édifice de la Sûreté du Québec. La Ville de Québec sera l’hôte des Jeux d’hiver du Canada 2027 et projette la réalisation, en plusieurs phases de construction, d’un centre de curling d’environ 5 000 mètres carrés, abritant une enceinte comportant, entre autres, huit pistes de curling. Se jouxte à l’enceinte un volume réparti sur deux niveaux et abritant des locaux et espaces connexes nécessaires à l’opération des lieux tels qu’un hall d’accueil, des cuisines, des salles polyvalentes, une boutique, des vestiaires, des blocs sanitaires, des salles de réfrigération ainsi que de mécanique et d’électricité, etc. *** ATTENTION : Veuillez noter qu'en raison de l'adoption de modifications à la Charte de la langue française, la Ville a introduit, dans cet appel d'offres, des exigences additionnelles relatives à l'admissibilité des soumissions. Merci de porter une attention particulière aux articles intitulés « EXIGENCES RELATIVES À LA CHARTE DE LA LANGUE FRANÇAISE » et « ADMISSIBILITÉ DU SOUMISSIONNAIRE » incluses dans les documents d'appel d'offres.
