    La Société québécoise du cannabis (ci-après appelée la SQDC) est une filiale de la Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ). Elle a été constituée en juin 2018 à la suite de l’adoption de la Loi constituant la Société québécoise du cannabis, édictant la Loi encadrant le cannabis et modifiant diverses dispositions en matière de sécurité routière. La SQDC est compagnie à fonds social distincte de la SAQ et gérée de façon indépendante de cette dernière. Ses approvisionnements en biens et services non destinés à la revente sont toutefois assurés en services partagés par du personnel de la SAQ. Le mandat de la SQDC consiste à assurer la vente de cannabis au Québec dans une perspective de protection de la santé, afin d’intégrer les consommateurs au marché licite du cannabis et de les y maintenir, sans favoriser la consommation de cannabis. Objet de l'appel de propositions Le présent appel de propositions a pour but d’obtenir des services d’un ou de plusieurs entrepreneurs généraux pour répondre aux besoins immobiliers de la SQDC. La SQDC prévoit 2 volets : Volet 1 : Aménagement de nouveaux points de vente, relocalisation et rénovation de succursales existantes Volet 2 : Entretien et réparation de succursales Le tout selon les conditions de la Société québécoise du cannabis, contenues au présent document. La SQDC souhaite octroyer un (1) ou plusieurs contrats par volet afin de répondre à ses besoins.
