Description
IQ désire acquérir les services professionnels d’une firme intégrée de communications/affaires publiques, et de marketing numérique pour l’appuyer dans l’élaboration et le déploiement de stratégies de rayonnement et de positionnement, visant notamment à : Clarifier et promouvoir le rôle et l’offre d’IQ; et Démontrer et valoriser la contribution et l’impact d’IQ sur la croissance des entreprises québécoises et sur l’économie du Québec. L’adjudicataire devra notamment fournir les services suivants : Fournir à IQ des conseils stratégiques, de haut niveau, pour la gestion de dossiers de communications et d’affaires publiques prioritaires et dans des cas complexes de gestion de la réputation; Apporter des nouvelles approches stratégiques dans l’élaboration des opérations de positionnement médias à portée internationale, nationale ou régionale; Fournir à IQ des conseils stratégiques en matière de conception et d’idéation événementielle (excluant les services logistiques et techniques); Fournir à IQ des conseils stratégiques et technologiques en matière de marketing numérique et d’exploitation des données issues des plateformes numériques d’IQ; ​ Fournir à IQ des conseils stratégiques en matière de stratégie numérique : campagnes de marketing intégrées, campagnes sur plateformes numériques, campagnes de bannières et mots-clés, campagnes de génération de lead, inbound marketing.
