1.1Objet de l'appel de propositions Le présent appel de propositions a pour objet d'obtenir les services de transport outremer et maritime pour les produits importés par la Société des alcools du Québec (ci-après, la « SAQ »), le tout selon les conditions de la SAQ contenues au présent document. La SAQ désigne la Société des alcools du Québec et toute personne morale qu’elle contrôle à plus de 50% des parts ou actions votantes. 1.21 Adjudication Le contrat sera adjugé à un ou plusieurs soumissionnaires en fonction du pays ou du regroupement géographique. Le soumissionnaire doit respecter la condition de dépôt suivante : Le soumissionnaire doit fournir des taux pour l’ensemble d’un pays ou du regroupement géographique et pour tous les services demandés. Le soumissionnaire et l’adjudicataire ne pourront prétendre à aucune indemnité découlant d’un octroi global ou partiel de son offre de services.
