Le numéro présent sur les documents Devis et plan Architecture se référe au Devis Technique. Préambule Le Centre gériatrique Maimonides Donald Berman (CGMDB), CHSLD faisant partie des installations du CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal, souhaite procéder à l'acquisition d'un (1) système d'appel de garde filaire en mode clé en main. Le CGMDB est situé au 5795, avenue Caldwell, Côte Saint-Luc QC, H4W 1W3. Le système actuel, du fabricant Austco, a été installé en 1979 et connecte 387 lits répartis dans 321 chambres, ainsi que 22 salles de bain/douche communes, six (6) salles à manger, onze (11) bureaux d’infirmière, et une trentaine d’autres salles. Le tout réparti sur six (6) étages (étages 2 à 7). Il est à noter qu’aux étages 2 à 5 les murs sont faits de briques en terre cuite.
