APPEL D’OFFRES 2023-02-POL La Ville de Mercier demande des soumissions pour : LA FOURNITURE D’ÉQUIPEMENTS ET L’AMÉNAGEMENT DE 5 VÉHICULES DE POLICE L’ouverture des soumissions aura lieu le lundi 22 janvier 2023 à 11 h 05 à l’Hôtel de Ville situé au 869 boul. Saint-Jean-Baptiste, 2e étage à Mercier (Québec), J6R 2L3. Les documents de soumission seront disponibles à compter du mercredi 20 décembre 2023, uniquement via le système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) approuvé par le gouvernement, moyennant les frais et honoraires établis par SEAO. Chaque soumission doit être déposée en format papier et dans une enveloppe scellée « confidentielle » à l’adresse suivante avant le mercredi 20 décembre 2023 à 11 h : Me Denis Ferland Greffier Ville de Mercier 869 boul. St-Jean-Baptiste, 2e étage Mercier (Québec) J6R 2L3 Ne seront prises en considération que les soumissions préparées sur les formulaires fournis par la Ville de Mercier incluant les annexes dûment remplies. Le conseil de la Ville de Mercier ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues sans encourir aucune obligation, ni aucun frais d’aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
