Retraite Québec APPEL D’OFFRES FONDÉ SUR LE PRIX UNIQUEMENT DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE DES SERVICES Retraite Québec souhaite retenir les services professionnels d’un prestataire de services dans le domaine des technologies de l’information pour assurer la migration et l’hébergement du site Web de Retraite Québec dans une plateforme infonuagique. Ces travaux consistent à la migration des sites actuels sur SharePoint 2016 vers un service de gestion de contenus Web (Content Management System – CMS) en mode PaaS (Platform as a service). Les prestataires de services qui présentent une soumission pour cet appel d’offres doivent offrir des services de développement et d’hébergement de sites Web. TRANSMISSION DES SOUMISSIONS Si les soumissions transmises par voie électronique sont acceptées (voir section Information du présent avis), la transmission des soumissions ne peut s’effectuer que par l’intermédiaire du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO).
