Le CISSS de Lanaudière désire faire l'acquisition et l'installation de 2 tables de chirurgies orthopédiques et 5 tables de chirurgies générales pour les blocs opératoires du CHDL et du HPLG - Cette acquisition est accompagnée d'un contrat de fournitures et d'accessoires dédiés d'une durée de 5 ans . L'appel d'offres est séparé en 2 lots: adjudication se fera par lot au plus bas prix conforme Lot 1: Deux (2) tables de chirurgies orthopédiques. Une (1) pour le centre hospitalier de Lanaudière CHDL et Une (1) pour l'hopitale Pierre Le-Gardeur HPLG. LOT 2: Cinq (5) tables de chirurgies générales: Une (1) Table de chirurgie générale pour le centre hospitalier de Lanaudière CHDL, Quatre (4) Tables de chirurgie générale pour l'hopital Pierre Le-Gardeur HPLG réparties comme ceci : Deux (2) Tables pour une livraison après l'adjudication, et Deux (2) Tables pour une livraison ultérieure en 2026 Adresses : CHDL : 1000, boul.
