PROVINCE DE QUÉBEC VILLE DE SAINT-LIN-LAURENTIDES CONTRAT DE SERVICE DE MACHINERIE AVEC OPÉRATEUR ET DE FOURNITURE ET TRANSPORT DE SABLE À COMPACTION ET/OU DE PIERRE POUR DIVERS TRAVAUX MUNICIPAUX La Ville de Saint-Lin-Laurentides désire mettre à sa disposition un service de machinerie lourde avec opérateur et de fourniture et transport de sable à compaction et/ou de pierre pour divers travaux municipaux, soit des travaux de construction et/ou de réfection et/ou d’entretien d’ouvrages municipaux (travaux publics). Le Soumissionnaire devra également fournir, transporter et entreposer le sable à compaction (classe A) et/ou de pierre nécessaire à la réalisation de certains travaux. Le contrat à intervenir entre le Soumissionnaire et la Ville aura une durée d’un (1) an. Chaque soumission devra être accompagnée d’une garantie de soumission émis en faveur de la Ville de Saint-Lin- Laurentides représentant au moins DIX POUR CENT (10%) du montant total de la Soumission avant taxe(s). Cette garantie doit être valide pour une période de quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours à partir de la date d’ouverture des soumissions.
