Centre touristique du Lac-Simon Restauration chalets de la plage 16965 La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (Sépaq) demande des soumissions d’entrepreneurs intéressés à effectuer des travaux de rénovation des dix-sept chalets de la plage au centre touristique du Lac-Simon. Les rénovations touchent majoritairement l'enveloppe du bâtiment et comprennent notamment: remplacement des galeries en bois, réfection du revêtement de toiture, remplacement des portes extérieures et des fenêtres, réparations ponctuelles et peinture du parement extérieur et correction des pentes du terrain autour des chalets. Seules seront considérées les soumissions présentées par des personnes physiques ou morales qui ont commandé les documents contractuels au même nom et, pour les entreprises ayant un établissement au Québec, sous le même numéro d’entreprise du Québec (NEQ), que celui sous lequel elles soumissionnent.
