    La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (la « Sépaq ») demande des soumissions de fournisseurs intéressés à fournir et à livrer des matelas (les « Matelas ») pour certains de ses établissements (les « Établissements ») identifiés à l’Annexe A. Les caractéristiques des Matelas sont prévues à l’Annexe B. L’appel d’offres comporte quatre (4) lots distincts (les « Lots »). La quantité requise de matelas par Lot selon les Établissements est prévue au Formulaire de soumission. Les Matelas doivent être livrés aux Établissements aux dates indiquées à l’Annexe A. La dernière date de livraison prévue est le 15 mai 2024.
