Les principaux objectifs, sans' y limité, du Contrat sont les suivants : Assurer la continuité du déploiement du cadre SAFe en montant en compétences des SPC internes de l’ARTM; Piloter et encadrer l’ensemble des ateliers requis pour la pérennité du cadre SAFe en utilisant des projets réels, notamment ceux de la transformation numérique en technologies de l’information de l’ARTM; Fournir à l’ARTM les Ressources-clés professionnelles pour l’accompagner dans le lancement du Train de solutions, ainsi que dans la mise en place de la gestion du portefeuille (LPM);[AB4] Fournir à l’ARTM les ressources professionnelles pour former les employés de l’ARTM à la méthodologie Lean-Agile (SAFe), notamment les cadres supérieurs; Adapter la formation au contexte particulier de l’ARTM, notamment la priorisation de projets basée sur l’atteinte des objectifs stratégiques définis dans le plan d’affaires du projet numérique de mobilité de l’ARTM et la définition de valeurs fondées sur le bien commun; Assurer l’accompagnement en gestion du changement. Toutes autres tâches aux documents d'appel d'offes.
