    La Ville de Québec (ci-après appelée « VQ »), l’Office municipal d’habitation de Québec (ciaprès appelée « OMHQ ») et le CPE La Butte à Moineaux (ci-après appelé « CPE ») demandent des offres pour la fourniture de services professionnels en architecture requise dans le cadre du projet « Construction de l’édifice Carillon », conformément aux descriptions, modalités et conditions énumérées dans le présent document. Ce projet à vocation mixte d’habitation abordable et communautaire, par la construction d’un édifice comprenant notamment, 30 unités locatives, un espace communautaire (±220 m2), un centre de la petite enfance de 84 places dont une pouponnière de 10 places et une salle multifonctionnelle (±700 m2), un stationnement de 25 places extérieures et de 40 places intérieures et un abri extérieur de rangement pour vélos tels que décrits dans les documents joints en annexe. L’édifice sera situé au coin des rues Saint-Vallier Ouest et Carillon sur le lot # 5 343 416, dans l’Arrondissement de La Cité-Limoilou à Québec. Le site présente un fort potentiel historique. Le fournisseur devra donc prévoir une étroite collaboration avec les archéologues et les conseillers en patrimoine de la Ville. S’il y a lieu, le fournisseur devra concevoir le projet de façon à minimiser le plus possible les interventions qui pourraient affecter les vestiges archéologiques.
