Description
Le prestataire de services doit effectuer la fabrication de 124 plaques commémoratives et de socles permettant de supporter certaines d’entre elles ainsi que l’installation de ceux-ci aux endroits identifiés par le Ministère. Les plaques commémoratives et les socles devront être installés dans la majorité des régions administratives du Québec. Ces régions ont été séparées en deux lots. Le premier lot (ci-après désigné « lot 1 ») comprend les lieux d’installation de plaques commémoratives et de socles se trouvant dans dix (10) régions administratives de l’Ouest du Québec. Ces régions administratives sont :  Région 04 – Mauricie;  Région 05 – Estrie;  Région 06 – Montréal;  Région 07 – Outaouais;  Région 08 – Abitibi-Témiscamingue;  Région 13 – Laval;  Région 14 – Lanaudière;  Région 15 – Laurentides;  Région 16 – Montérégie;  Région 17 – Centre-du-Québec. Le second lot (ci-après désigné « lot 2 ») comprend les lieux d’installation de plaques commémoratives et de socles se trouvant dans six (6) régions administratives de l’Est du Québec. Ces régions administratives sont :  Région 01 – Bas-Saint-Laurent;  Région 02 – Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean;  Région 03 – Capitale-Nationale;  Région 09 – Côte-Nord;  Région 11 – Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine;  Région 12 – Chaudière-Appalaches. Un prestataire de services peut soumissionner pour un seul lot ou pour les deux lots.
