Sans s’y limiter, le mandat est constitué des travaux suivants : Enlèvement et disposition des unités de ventilation/climatisation existants; Enlèvement et disposition de la membrane d’étanchéité existante sur le toit; Fourniture et installation d’une nouvelle membrane d’étanchéité sur le toit, incluant les équipements connexes; Fourniture et installation de nouvelles unités de ventilation/climatisation; Travaux de raccordements électriques et de plomberie; Tous autres travaux et accessoires connexes requis afin de compléter les ouvrages selon les documents d’appel d’offres et règles de l’art.
