Les travaux visés par le présent contrat se situent au 7700, 3e avenue est, dans l’arrondissement de Charlesbourg, et comprennent, sans s’y limiter : · Remplacement des quatre unités de ventilation en toiture; · Remplacement du chauffe-eau au gaz par un chauffe-eau électrique; · Mise hors service du gaz naturel; · Travaux de ragréage d'ouvertures, de plafonds et de modifications en toiture pour la mécanique; · Raccordement des équipements de mécanique et modifications à la distribution. Le bâtiment sera occupé durant les travaux.
