Les Travaux Publics de la Ville de Saint-Lambert (la Ville) désirent obtenir les services d’un fournisseur pour le remorquage de véhicules en période hivernale lors des opérations de déneigement et de chargement de la neige. Le soumissionnaire doit être en mesure de faire le remorquage de véhicules légers. L’adjudicataire devra effectuer des remorquages (considérés urgent) principalement à l’extérieur des heures régulières d’opérations (soir, nuit et fin de semaine) durant la saison hivernale. Lors de l’exécution du contrat, l’adjudicataire devra remorquer le type de véhicule suivant : véhicules légers (PNBV de moins de 4500 kg) ;
