TRAVAUX PUBLICS PUBLIC WORKS Ingénierie municipale Municipal Engineering 60, avenue Martin Dorval (Québec) H9S 3R4 Tél. : 514 633-4080 Télécopieur : 514 633-4078 APPEL D’OFFRES CONTRAT IM2024-09 DÉVIATION DE CONDUITES PLUVIALES SUR LES AVENUES DAWSON ET ROY OBTENTION DES DOCUMENTS Le directeur général de la Cité de Dorval recevra jusqu’à 11 h le 11 mars 2024 au bureau des Ressources matérielles, 550, avenue Bouchard, Dorval (Québec) des soumissions cachetées adressées à son attention portant l’inscription des travaux cités en rubrique. Les personnes et les entreprises intéressées, par ce contrat, peuvent se procurer les documents de soumission en s’adressant au Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO), en communiquant avec un des représentants par téléphone au 1 866 669-7326 ou au 514 856-6600, ou en consultant le site Web www.seao.ca. Les documents peuvent être obtenus au coût établi par le SEAO, et ce, à partir du 22 février 2024. Avec sa soumission, chaque soumissionnaire doit fournir un chèque visé fait à l’ordre de la Cité de Dorval ou un cautionnement de soumission pour un montant représentant 10% ou plus du montant total de la soumission. DATE DE RÉCEPTION DES SOUMISSIONS Les soumissionnaires peuvent déposer leur offre par l’une des deux façons suivantes : 1. Soit par voie électronique via le site du SEAO avant 11 h le 11 mars 2024; OU 2. sur support papier, en main propre ou par voie postale, sous pli cacheté portant sur l’enveloppe la mention des travaux énumérés et adressée à la Cheffe de section - Ressources matérielles de la Cité de Dorval. Les soumissions doivent être reçues avant 11 h le 11 mars 2024 au bureau des ressources matérielles situé au 550 boul. Bouchard, Dorval (Québec) H9S 1B2. Les heures de dépôt des soumissions en main propre sont de (8 h 30) à (12 h) et de (13 h) à (16 h 30), du lundi au vendredi. Les soumissions seront ouvertes par la cheffe de section – Ressources matérielles, le 11 mars 2024 à 11 h 15.
