Les soumissions sous pli cacheté portant le numéro de contrat ci-haut mentionné devront être reçues avant 11 h 00, heure locale, le mardi 19 mars 2024 à l’adresse suivante : VILLE DE BOISBRIAND Service juridique et greffe 940, boulevard de la Grande-Allée, bureau 120 Boisbriand (Québec) J7G 2J7 Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement le mardi 19 mars 2024 à 11 h, heure locale. Toutes les conditions pertinentes sont décrites dans les documents d’appel d’offres qui doivent être obtenus par l’entremise du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) au www.seao.ca. Seules seront acceptées les soumissions provenant d’un entrepreneur ou d’un fournisseur ayant un établissement au Québec ou qui ont un établissement dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental de libéralisation des marchés applicable à la Ville.
