Description
Le présent projet vise à doter l’ÉTABLISSEMENT de vingt-quatre (24) places achetées avec services en chambre privée dans des résidences privées pour aînés afin d’accueillir des usagers correspondant à une offre de service d’un profil ISO-SMAF entre 7 et 11 et qui correspond aussi à l’offre de service d’une RPA de catégorie 4. Le profil correspond à des adultes et des personnes âgées en perte d’autonomie fonctionnelle, physique ou cognitive de modérée à sévère. Ces places deviendront le domicile de l’usager avec services, et ce, aussi longtemps qu’il désirera l’occuper. Ces places sont achetées par l’ÉTABLISSEMENT et ne doivent pas faire l’objet d’un bail avec l’usager. Les places achetées avec services pour la clientèle avec un niveau de soins alternatifs (NSA) sont assujetties au Règlement sur la certification des RPA. Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES doit offrir un milieu de vie incluant le gîte, le couvert, les soins et les services que requiert la condition de l’usager.
