Le présent mandat vise à obtenir l’information sur le milieu récepteur nécessaire à l’obtention des autorisations environnementales pour la préparation de sites (impacts sur les milieux naturels et contamination des sols) industriels sur les terrains disponibles au développement et de réaliser les demandes d’autorisations ministérielles concernant les milieux humides de ces sites. De plus, le mandat vise à constituer une banque d’heures pour offrir un soutien à la SPIPB en matière d’expertise environnementale générale sur une période de quatre (4) ans.
