Les travaux visés par le présent contrat se situent entre le 2600, rue Lapointe et le 1200, rue Sauvé dans l’Arrondissement de Sainte-Foy-Sillery-Cap-Rouge et comprennent, sans s’y limiter, l'aménagement d'un lien piétonnier en pavage et en pavé de béton. Ces travaux incluent le drainage, l'aménagement paysage et l'éclairage. Un relevé précis d'arpentage de ces infrastructures devra être réalisé par l'entrepreneur au fur et à mesure de l'avancement des travaux. Les sols excavés devront être mis en pile et prévoir délai d'échantillonnage et d'analyse avant disposition. *** ATTENTION : La Ville a introduit, dans cet appel d'offres, de nouvelles exigences relatives aux garanties (cautionnements) lorsque le fournisseur manque à ses obligations contractuelles. Merci de porter une attention particulière aux articles intitulés « GARANTIE DE SOUMISSION », « GARANTIE D’EXÉCUTION » et « GARANTIE DE PAIEMENT DE LA MAIN-D’OEUVRE ET DE MATÉRIAUX » dans les documents d'appel d'offres.
