Pour être valide et considérée, toute soumission doit être présentée sur les formulaires de la Société, en 3 exemplaires papier (1 original et 2 copies) et en 1 exemplaire électronique (clé USB), sous enveloppe cachetée, être conforme aux documents d’appel d’offres, adressée au Service de l’approvisionnement et reçue au plus tard le 18 avril 2024 à 11 heures, selon l’horodateur de la Société, au 2250 de l’avenue Francis-Hughes, à Laval. L’ouverture des soumissions suivra immédiatement devant 2 témoins. Toute personne qui désire soumissionner doit se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres, sans intermédiaire, obligatoirement par le biais du site Web du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) au www.seao.ca ou par téléphone au 1 866 669-7326, à compter du 18 mars 2024.
