La Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec, ci-après appelée la Régie, personne morale légalement constituée et ayant son siège au 1125, Grande Allée Ouest, Québec (Québec) G1S 1E7, requiert, par le présent appel d’offres, des soumissions de fournisseurs dans le domaine du mobilier de bureau en milieu de travail. Projet : Acquisition de fauteuils de réunion et tabourets La Régie désire faire l’acquisition de fauteuils de réunion et de tabourets. Le fournisseur retenu est celui qui a présenté la plus basse soumission conforme à la façon décrite aux articles 3.17 et 3.18 en fonction des besoins et des exigences exprimés dans les présents documents d’appel d’offres. La Régie ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues, notamment lorsqu’elle juge que les prix sont trop élevés ou disproportionnés ou ne reflètent pas un juste prix.
