compte tenu des obligations légales sur la prévention de la santé, la sécurité et l’intégrité physique de son personnel et dans le but de se conformer aux exigences des lois et règlements régissant le port de chaussures de sécurité, notamment la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité du travail (LSST) dans son article 51 et selon l’article 338 et 344 du règlement sur la santé et sécurité du travail (RSST), Le CHUSJ désire retenir un fournisseur de chaussures, bottes et couvre-chaussures de sécurité.
