Dans le cadre de cet appel d’offres, le CCSSSBJ souhaite retenir les services d’une firme qui sera en mesure de livrer un intranet Microsoft SharePoint Online dans l’environnement MS office 365 fournit et géré par le Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS). Les objectifs de ce projet sont les suivants: Avoir un outil (l’intranet) que l’on peut maintenir avec nos ressources internes et que nous pourrons mettre à niveau au fil du temps; Avoir un outil facile à naviguer et dans lequel il est facile d’effectuer des recherches; Avoir un outil Convivial et esthétiquement attrayant (UX-UI); Avoir une stratégie et une politique d'intégration de l’outil dans l'éventail d’application MS Office 365; Avoir une stratégie et une politique de gestion des contenus et de gestion de documents.
