APPEL D’OFFRES ET SOUMISSIONS TRANSPORT DE PERSONNES-MRC DE BELLECHASSE La MRC de Bellechasse demande des soumissions pour le transport journalier de personnes pour les services de transport collectif et de transport adapté pour une période de 5 ans à compter du 1er janvier 2025. DEUX MICROBUS ADAPTÉS 40 heures/semaine (VOIR PAGE 38) à VOIR 3.1 DEUX TAXIS NON ADAPTÉS 20 heures/semaine (CARAVAN) UN TAXI NON ADAPTÉ 40 heures/semaine (CARAVAN) DEUX MINIBUS ADAPTÉS DE 16 PASSAGERS 40 heures/semaine à VOIR 3.1 Les documents de soumission sont disponibles exclusivement par le biais du système électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO) accessibles à l’adresse internet suivante : https://www.seao.ca (numéro d’avis TCTAB-2025-2029) ou en communiquant au 1‑866-669-7326. La MRC n’encourt aucune responsabilité du fait que les avis écrits ou documents quelconques véhiculés par le système électronique soient incomplets ou comportent quelque erreur ou omission que ce soit. En conséquence, tout soumissionnaire doit s’assurer, avant de soumissionner, d’obtenir tous les documents reliés à cet appel d’offres. Les soumissions devront être déposées au bureau de la MRC de Bellechasse, 100 Monseigneur-Bilodeau Saint-Lazare G0R 3J0 avant le 10 mai 2024, 10 h 00 où elles seront ouvertes publiquement le même jour à 10 h 01 heure locale, en présence d’au moins deux témoins. Les soumissions devront être cachetées et porter la mention "SOUMISSION TCTAB-2025-2029". La MRC de Bellechasse se réserve le droit de n’accepter ni la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions qui lui seront présentées et n’encourt aucune obligation envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
