Le prestataire de services doit réaliser les travaux d’entretien et de réparation des appareils de transport vertical et des escaliers mobiles tels que définis dans les documents d'appel d'offres. À cette fin, il doit fournir les matériaux, l’outillage, la main-d’oeuvre, les moyens de transport et d’hébergement, et en assurer le coût ainsi que celui de tous les autres frais inhérents à la réalisation de ces travaux. Les travaux se réaliseront à l’Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec situé au 3535 rue St-Denis, Montréal (Québec) H2X 3P1. Contrat d'une durée de 3 ans. Visite obligatoire de soumission (liste de dates annexés à la Régie) Garantie de soumisison de 10% du montant total du contrat (voir conditions en Régie) et garantie d'exécution de 50% du montant total du contrat (voir conditions au Contrat)
