Description
Dans l’optique de soutenir les pratiques cliniques, d’optimiser la qualité des soins aux patients, de fournir à l’ensemble du personnel des outils technologiques favorisant l’efficience des pratiques ainsi que de favoriser la préparation aux travaux majeurs de transformation numérique projetés par le ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS), entre autres, l’Institut expérimente actuellement un contexte de transformation numérique. Le déploiement de nouveaux systèmes d’information (SI) et de nouvelles applications informatiques est au coeur des activités des projets réalisés au service des ressources informationnelles (SRI). Naturellement, ce contexte génère des changements touchant plusieurs équipes, et ce, à plusieurs niveaux dans l’Institut. Ainsi, l’Institut invite des prestataires de services à présenter une proposition pour des services professionnels seniors en matière de gestion du changement dans le domaine des technologies de l’information du RSSS.
