Appel d’offres public TRAVAUX D’ENTRETIEN MÉNAGER Endroit : École Saint-Pierre contrat # M797MEN06 Propriétaire : Centre de services scolaire de Charlevoix 200, rue Saint-Aubin Baie-Saint-Paul (Québec) G3Z 2R2 Pour l’établissement ci-haut mentionné, le Centre de services scolaire de Charlevoix, propriétaire, demande des soumissions pour des travaux d’entretien ménager d’une durée de trois (3) ans. Les documents contractuels seront disponibles à compter du vendredi 3 mai 2024 à 8 h 30, sur le site du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) au www.seao.ca. Les coûts liés à l’obtention des documents sont établis par le SEAO. Toute information additionnelle pourra être obtenue auprès de la direction des ressources matérielles du Centre de services scolaire de Charlevoix, à l’adresse du propriétaire, ou en contactant M. Tommy Simard, coordonnateur des ressources matérielles au (418)551-4843. Toute soumission devra être reçue dans une enveloppe scellée, dûment identifiée, à l’adresse du propriétaire, avant 11 h00 heure en vigueur localement, le mardi 28 mai 2024, pour être ouverte publiquement au même endroit, le même jour à 11 h 30. Toute soumission reçue postérieurement sera automatiquement rejetée. Une visite des lieux est possible le mardi 14 mai 2024 sur rendez-vous, au 1955, chemin des Coudriers, Isle-aux-Coudres, (Québec), G0A 1X0, contactez M.Tommy Simard au (418) 551-4843 pour planifier l’heure de la visite. Seules seront considérées, aux fins d’octroi du contrat, les soumissions des entrepreneurs ayant un établissement au Québec, ou, lorsqu’un accord intergouvernemental est applicable, au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par cet accord. Le Centre de services scolaire de Charlevoix ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues et ouvertes. Elle se réserve le droit également de les retenir en tout ou en partie.
