La municipalité de COMPTON requiert des soumissions pour : L’acquisition, par crédit-bail, d’un camion porteur 6 roues – 4 portes (cabine d’équipe) Les soumissionnaires doivent se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres sur le site du SÉAO (numéro de référence 1840184), à compter du 25 avril 2024. Les frais sont fixés selon la tarification établie par le SÉAO. Les soumissions seront reçues : au bureau municipal, au 3 chemin de Hatley, Compton (Québec) J0B 1L0 dans des enveloppes cachetées avec la mention « Achat camion porteur 6 roues » au plus tard à 10h00, le 27 mai 2024 pour être ouvertes publiquement au même endroit et le même jour à compter de 10h01. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du conseil de la Municipalité, à sa seule discrétion, et la Municipalité ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son conseil.
