Description
La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (la « Sépaq ») souhaite retenir les services d’un fournisseur intéressé à offrir des services de déneigement (les « Services ») pour le parc national des Monts-Valin (l’« Établissement » ou le « Parc »). Le présent appel d’offres public comporte deux (2) lots. Ces lots représentent les deux (2) portions de routes à déneiger, soit: • Lot A : Partie du chemin Saint-Louis (environ 2,7 km); et • Lot B : Route Panoramique (environ 8 km). Le soumissionnaire peut présenter une soumission pour un (1) seul lot ou les deux (2) lots. Les Services seront fournis conformément aux conditions générales et particulières, au Devis joint en annexe A (description détaillée des Services et modalités d'exécution des Services), ainsi qu’aux termes du contrat de service à intervenir entre la Sépaq et le soumissionnaire retenu (le « Fournisseur ») dont un projet est joint à l’annexe C des présentes (le « Contrat »). Le Contrat sera pour une durée de trois (3) saisons hivernales, débutant le 1er octobre 2024 et se terminant le 30 avril 2027. Le Contrat pourra être renouvelé pour deux (2) période(s) supplémentaire(s), d’une durée d’une (1) saison hivernale chacune, soit du 1er octobre 2027 au 30 avril 2028, et du 1er octobre 2028 au 30 avril 2029.
