Description
L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour la décontamination fongique et la réfection de six (6) logements et de la toiture aux habitations Villeneuve B, situées au 3545 rue de Bullion, Montréal dans l’arrondissement Plateau-Mont-Royal. Le projet consiste à réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels. Sans s’y limiter, la portée des travaux inclut la démolition partielle des murs et cloisons, la décontamination fongique, la réfection des finis intérieurs, le remplacement des portes intérieures des six logements, du sous-sol et dans la cage d’escalier commune intérieure, la remise à neuf des salles de bain et des cuisines, le remplacement des hottes de cuisines, la ventilation des salles bain, l’ajout d’un système de ventilation centralisé pour les logements et aires communes et la réfection de la toiture. Une visite des lieux non obligatoire aura lieu le 1er mai 2024 à 10 h 00 au 3545, rue de Bullion à Montréal
