    L’ORGANISME PUBLIC DÉCLARE CE QUI SUIT : L’ORGANISME PUBLIC désire lancer un appel d’offres se rapportant à l'acquisition de FOURNITURES D'INHALOTHÉRAPIE; Afin de se conformer aux exigences de la Loi sur les contrats des organismes publics en matière d’approvisionnement, l’ORGANISME PUBLIC doit procéder par la voie d'un appel d'offres conforme à la procédure établie par le Règlement sur certains contrats d'approvisionnement des organismes publics. Le SOUMISSIONNAIRE doit joindre à sa Soumission tous les documents énumérés dans la partie 7.00 du Formulaire de Soumission. Tout document du SOUMISSIONNAIRE qui n’est pas requis par l'ORGANISME PUBLIC est réputé ne pas faire partie de la Soumission. Adjudication items/lots Les groupes d’items/lots seront adjugés selon les scénarios suivants: A. Un Lot complet et conforme sera adjugé au prix le plus bas au SOUMISSIONNAIRE retenu ayant proposé des Biens conformes pour tous les items du Lot. B. Un Lot incomplet et conforme sera adjugé au prix moyen pondéré le plus bas au SOUMISSIONNAIRE retenu ayant proposé des Biens conformes répondant à 75% et plus du volume constituant le Lot. Advenant qu’aucun SOUMISSIONNAIRE ait proposé des Biens conformes répondant à 75% et plus du volume constituant un Lot, l'ORGANISME PUBLIC se réserve le droit d’adjuger le Contrat item par item au SOUMISSIONNAIRE qui a proposé le Bien conforme au prix le plus bas. Adjudication item par item Les items au Bordereau de prix non inclus dans un groupe d’items/lots seront adjugés item par item au SOUMISSIONNAIRE qui a proposé le Bien conforme au prix le plus bas.
